Welcome to my home kitchen ! So why the name Sweet Valentine? Well luckily for me, I was born on the most romantic day of the year 14th February, Valentine's Day! I also LOVE baking sweet treats. As I'm a mum of four, my kitchen has always been the heart of our home - a place for laughter, baking, mess and of course a little chaos. But when one of my children was diagnosed with anaphylaxis to egg, baking suddenly became a whole new challenge. I had to completely rethink every recipe. Through a lot of trial and error, I created my signature cookie recipe, along with other sweets treats that do not contain egg at all and I can't wait to share them all with you xxxx
